Imported a product on Sat 6th from China and its was at customs S.A on thuesday th 3rd, all went well.
After that downwards, on th 4th i did not receive any call or email from SkyNet.
I called headoffice and told them that i want to pay my Vat and customs invoice, and they told me to call the OR tambo branch, i then tried them, but it was either busy or just ringing!!
After a whole day i finaly came true and ask them to email me all the nessasary paperwork so i can pay and the can release at customs, i day goes by..and nothing still!!
I called the next day and again busy or ringing, tried the whole day and finally got true!!!
I almost begged them to email me the invoice, (remember now i need the package before sat 7th.)thats why paid for EXPRESS!! remember?? I got the email finally on the 5th and payed imidiatly!
Again i got now response from them, even after she told me she will keep me posted! Didnt hapen!
I tried to call again to find out if the did receive the payment..but could not get true even once in a 7hour period! Shocking!! Canot believe they operate like this!
ANYWAY my story is not nearly finished, My WORD count is finished. DO NOT USE SKYNET!!
