Bad service

I sent skynet to collect urgent documents for me. I have checked with a person they collected the documents from and he confirmed the documents were indeed collected. I have called skynet more than six times and no one can assist me. I am very frustrated their service is very poor. I will never refer skynet to any one they are a bunch of useless people in the whole of South Africa.
