We purchased a Hyndai i20 from this company last year.
Recently, we discovered that the spare key had not been coded, which means we cannot use it. Despite NUMEROUS calls to the sales person (Frans) & last week the owner, we have still not had any satisfaction in getting this matter resolved. Manhattan were very quick to take payment for this vehcile, but have absolutley no clue with keeping customers satisfied after the purchase has taken place.
This level fo shabby after sales service is quite insulting!
