I was involved in an accident for which TC Autody did the repair work. Of the 2 doors that they 'replaced with new ones" according to the invoice submitted to my insurer, the rear door is not a standard door and the front door alignment has dropped over time. My insurer had the vehicle assessed with their independent assessor who adjudged that TC Autobody had to redo the work. On taking my car to TC, the director, Ian Findlay, insinuated that the further damage had been caused by myself. He did not greet, made snide remarks about our intentions and had no iota of customer service to speak of. I will spread the word in all formats that this company are and offer a lifetime guarantee on workmanship without the real intention to honour it.
