Its a constant excuses for why your car is not finished. Even though I have been told that it was finished several times and when you get there they caused damage to my vehichle as well as taking 3 months for repair work. Ive seen back alley companies run better.
Absolute no customer feedback and could care less pride in there work. The worst workmanship ive ever come across.
When my car was so called finished the following was still wrong with it.
1.The strip below the doors had bubbles in the paint all the way through.
2. The driver door did not close
3. Above both wheel arches the paint was scratched below the clear coat.
4. The rear seat was totally loose in the back
5. The centre column was scratched
6. The boot lid was scratched on to the metal at at least 15 places that was not on my car before going in.
7. The front bumper had a scratch on that was not there again right through the paint.
8. The wheel cap was missing, also there after the accident.
9. The rear bumper was not connected to the body
10. The rear door entry protector cover was loose.
Never let your car go to this company for repairs.
