Pathetic workmanship and stinking attitude

I have never encountered such pathetic service and attitude from an individual as I was accused of claiming for things that were damaged prior to my current accident to be repaired when inspecting my vehicle today.
The paintwork on the car was truly horrendous to start off with as it has not been buffed, flattened and polished off properly as there are still paint overruns on the drivers door.
The inside of the door has chips and bubbles on it too and the central locking knobs are not the same as the originals that were fitted on my car.

I cannot understand how an assessor has overseen this and authorised the release of my car to me when the workmanship on the car is totally shoddy!
It is nearing 6 weeks and I am yet to receive my car in a condition that would be acceptable to me, especially since seeing that EuroCars Autobody are on the list of preferred panelbeaters by Outsurance.
This is the 2nd time I was told to collect my car and upon inspection I have noticed that the workmanship is truly poor.

I would rather appreciate my car to be repaired by a panelbeater that would not put me at such an inconvenience as I am currently in.
This is the first and last time I deal with Euro
