Against my better judgement, based on past pathetic experiences at Toyota Sanctuary, and out of sheer desperation I booked my car in for a service at the above service centre.By 8.15am the queue was about 12 cars deep with many clients looking frustrated and annoyed. My arranged lift arrived to collect me and I accordingly approached Leonard and asked if I could leave my keys in the car and if someone could drive my car in as I was delaying and inconveniencing my lift and making her late for work. Leonard replied stating that there must be a form completed & proceeded to blatantly ignore me and hopped into a parked car. This "excellent" customer service was followed by even more shockingly rude and blatantly arrogant treatment from Jerome Naidoo who was assisting with the backlog of vehicles by sitting behind his desk together with his other colleagues instead of being on the job helping to sort out the backlog of vehicles. After I explained my situation to Jerome, whose eyes glazed over before I even began my story, i was met with a shrug of shoulders and a "i couldn't care" attitude which plainly stated stinks. There was not one apology forthcoming resulting in me leaving
