On 10 September 2012 they came to service our automated garage door during which they replaced some of the rollers. About a month ago the door started making a horrible noice when you open or close it. I then checked their invoice and on there they guarantee: "12 months on defective parts and workmanship". I then contacted them by e-mail and there response was that the technician only wrote on the invoice "cabel overwind & sivis of singel wood door" and that we paid in cash (he wrote "pade case") and that he didn't specify that he had replaced some of the rollers. I think he couldn't spell the word rollers if you look at his other spelling, therefore he left it out. This "sivis" without a guarantee was R 1 650, 00.
