What a pleasure to deal with Rex Diff & Dearbox

On Friday 18 -10-2013 I reversed my Renault Megane out of the garage, and when I tried to select 1st gear the gearbox was already in 3rd gear even though the gear-lever was in neutral. I phoned your Cape Town branch and spoke to Mark. What a nice surprise, Mark has great telephone skills and attitude. He said he could not collect the car today but would do so on Monday.22-10-2013. Car was collected as promised. Tuesday I received a call from Johan to say the breakdown truck had broken down and he apologized that this would cause a delay in the repair of my car. Johan told me not to worry because my car would be sorted out. Once again great phone skills and attitude. I received a call to say my car was ready for collection on Monday 28-10-2013. I explained that I could only collect my car today, Wednesday 30-10-2013. Once again "Not a problem". When I arrived to collect my car, Mark took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what had been done to correct the fault.
Even though the workshop was full of cars, all the staff made sure you felt like a person and not a Job card No. Once again thank you
