Waited 3 weeks after buying car for mats and key

We Brought my car from Hyundai Pinetown In March and paid cash upfront for my hyundai i10. We were told the was ready and waiting to be collected on saturday 13th, we however collected on Tuesday 16th. when we arrived we were told the car was ready and waiting so we signed papers. we went outside after and got told they hadn't yet recieved the spare key or any of the mats but when they arrived they would phone us to come and collect. we emailed a week later and asked what was happening and to say they needed to deliver to us as we wont be driving from Umhlanga again to fetch them, we were told that they would let us know when the mats and key would arrive. After two weeks of not hearing we emailed again and were told that they had the mats but no key. On the third week of owning the car and two more emails we finally got the key and the mats with some more paper work . but no reply to the emails its like as we had paid cash if we didnt chase them we wouldnt see either the key or mats at all. i am also disappointed i got told the millage was on 27 000 and when i recieved the car it was on 31 500 and the car was registered to durban not umhlanga like we stated needed doing.
