Nissan after sales service is terrible

I am terribly disappointed to say the least about the service I recieved from your dealership.
I requested parts to be replaced on my car for which I was forced to pay a deposit upfront.

You have ordered the wrong parts and secretly fit them to my car with no consultation whatsoever and this is after waiting two weeks for your call to tell me my parts are there which never happened by the way.
To add on to it not everything I paid for was there today, and after getting called to collect my car I still had to wait for it inspite of biegn told it was ready for collection.

I am bringing the car back and I expect my old parts to be given to me and the correct items I requested and paid for in full fitted at no extra cost to me.

This will be the last time I deal with your dealership provided I find nothing else to be concerned about.
