My car has a starting and jerking problem. Its automatic and when it jerks the back wheels spins! To make a long and nasty story short, they told me several times that their was nothing wrong with the car. Because i was so persistent that sumthing was wrong and it was unsafe to drive the car, they changed the battery, which i paid 4. When the problem persisted, and i reported them on facebook, their customer service got involved and i was told to take the vehicle back. Now about the 4th time. Their computers couldnt pick up any faults. They then told us to replace the speed centre board i order 2 solve the problem and i paid again. The problem got worse after that. I emailed them because you cannot get hold of them telephonically and they told me to book the car in again. I told them to drive the car 4 a longer distance and they did. They then came back and said we need to replace the gearbox and its R30 000! How much money does these people think i have! Replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced and now this? On top of that they suggested i sell the car once its fixed! Dont they have confidence in their products or are they trying to get rid of me! I'm NOT a happy chappy!
