I have regular shipments via TNT and this last shipment was the last straw. The package arrived in the country on Sunday 24 Feb and I requested via email, from the person I usually receive invoices from, the invoice so I could make payment and have the parcel delivered on Monday. On Wednesday I received an email from Koketso with the invoice which was promptly paid and replied to with the proof of payment. Thursday I receive a call asking for payment. After complaining to this guy Ivan he promises to call me back which he does and confirms payment was received and that TNT will guarantee delivery on Friday morning. Monday 4 March I contact the call centre and after speaking to several different people am told that the driver was running late on Friday and will deliver today. This is the last time I use TNT for anything.
