I ordered a package in Italy on the 28th Nov '13 which they processed and sent through for shipment as soon as they could.
The problem came when the package arrived in SA where it reached the most incompetent people on earth.
I kept on looking at the Wed tracker & eventually phoned & spoke to Elsie who said my package is held in Customs and i need to send a declaration which she was supposed to send. She did not, then phoned again & spoke to Hellen who sent the declaration & then there was an issue of duties and Taxes which i had to wait 6 days before receiving it. I sent her multiple follow up e-mails and calls which she never returned. Clearly someone is either dragging their feet or incompetent and the customer who paid for this service is suffering for their incompetent behavior. Mashudu only sent me the payment information today unfortunately i am leaving the provice for Christmas and disgusted by this type of service.
I guarantee that I will never use TNT express again and would not advise anyone to use this courier service.
Maybe the management processes are in place however the people on the ground are faililng the company.
