Engen Petroleum
Treating me like a wanna be in store

I went to the filling station on Brighton Road, Kraaifontein, Western Cape. I have been there numerous times, and the 29th September was no exception. I asked them to put in R200 petrol. I wanted them to swipe my card, which was declined. NOT due to my fault. The petrol attendant asked me to go try swipe inside the store. So I did, and got declined twice by the cashier. I asked politely if I can go draw the money at FNB and come back and pay. Denise who apparently is the manager, kept on telling me I must take the attendant with me in MY car and go draw the money, OR I must leave one of my passengers behind. I told her that there WAS money in my account and I SHOWED her there was, but yet she came across in the store infront of the cashiers and the people that were in the store as If i was trying to run away. I eventually left my friend behind and went and drew the cash. And then went I went and paid her the R200 she got snotty with me. I called a couple of days later and spoke to the "owner" Nerasha. I told her what happened and she told me "oh I will have a word with her". Didn't bother to take even my name down to give me some kind of report!!
