While the petrol attendant was filling up my car I went in the store to purchase something which I swiped for, when I was suppose to pay for the petrol Neo tells me that I can't swipe my card twice coz it will decline which is not the 1st time she tells me this because I go to this garage every Monday morning with my fianc? to fill up both our cars which amounts to over R1000 and I am always told I can't swipe for 2 cars after complaining they do it, so when I asked her what do I do now she tells me she doesn't know with attitude, Oscar comes up with a story that it will need a supervisor pin after insisting he swiped my card which didn't need a supervisor pin and the transaction went through. There is no sense of urgency between Neo and Oscar it's like they have arthritics & they can't use their hands. This happens to me almost every Monday and I never complained but after today all I can say to the engen owner you have just lost a client 1 may not make a difference but with people like Neo and Oscar you will lose more than 1 client I hate to put it this way but Neo's attitude Motsamai (attendant) can testify to my complaint because i know these 2 will deny everything
