Bad Service, in every sense of the word

I took my car for a service at Ford Fourways on Witkoppen. My car broke down two days later, as my engine was LOOSE!

They had not even noticed that my engine was coming loose, nor did they see that my CV joint rubbers were perished. They did tell me to replace other things, at extreme prices (in addition to R600 per hour for labour), but of course I don't trust them now, and will be going elsewhere for a second opinion. This is my second disappointing experience at this particular branch (last time my fan was broken, causing the car to overheat, and they did not notice that either, even though we asked them to fix the overheating problem), and I will not be returning.

In addition to the obvious waste of money and incompetent car service (did they even fix and replace what they said they did?), their customer service is below par, with an irritable receptionist and no change for cash payments! Yes, it may only be R8.50 that they didn't have for me, but don't accept cash if your company can't give you the change due.

Please avoid wasting your time and money at Fury Ford and Mazda Fourways (corner Douglas and Witkoppen), as you can only go wrong.
