Very BAD service!! Speed and Services shouldn't even be mentioned in their name because its deceit!!
It has taken 2 days to TRY get a written proof of delivery and i STILL don't have it after them claiming that they sent it via e-mail (twice) and fax. (FYI - after not receiving it via e-mail and knowing it, good client service means following up to find out if the fax was received but NO!! Just a bunch of incompetent fools!) I phoned the BFN branch three times today and the phone just rang and rang for 5 minutes and i had to eventually put down! Then when you do get through to the branch, they tell you "hold the line" and then they put the phone down on the table and carry on with something else, you can hear everything going on. They then leave you like that for 3 minutes until you just put the phone down!!! Then you phone head office and want to speak to a manager as this has to do with hospital stock, they refuse to put you through to the manager and refuse for you to hold on because, "the manager is busy". I am utterly disgusted!! I cannot believe that Speed Services is so RIDICULOUSLY PATHETIC!!
