I bought a new car from Fury Ford Fourways end June. After 3 weeks the engin light came on. After taking the car in they reset the computer and said that this sometimes happens. They gave no explanation as to why.
The day after the light came on again. I took the car back and said that I have to have the car back by 07/08/2013. They did not phone me by 15:00. When I phoned the first time, they told me that my car was not with them. The second time Heinrich said he would phone me back after a couple of minutes. When I phoned back after 15 minutes, he said sorry he is with a client.
Eventually Elise said that they have reset my computer, and they dont see any issues. When I said that this is what they did the last time, she checked with the workshop, and they then advised that a pipe was loose.
I still do not know whether the issue has been resolved.
When I asked her why nobody phoned me to tell me the car was ready, she said I dont know.

I can advise that if any one wants to buy a car - do not work with Fury in Fourways. Still after all this time I cannot even get a hold of the dealer principle to lay a complaint as he is never there.

DO NOT WORK WITH FURY FOURWAYS!!!
