I took my car in for a 165 000km service, my 11th service, and for the first time I am completely satisfied with the customer service at a Ford dealership. I have been at a variety of Ford dealerships, and Fury Midrand is by far the best!
Previously I was of the opinion that Ford had great products, let down by awful customer service - This is no longer my opinion!
Suzette constantly kept me up to date via email, not once did I need to call and ask for feedback on the service or the other repairs. My car was clean after the service and everything was done with a smile! I will from now on always book my car in at Fury Midrand, and if possible purchase my next car there as well!
