I had a groupon voucher and wanted something extra done:
1) When Lynn saw my groupon voucher she was rude and said its not the one she wants and I showed it to her on my tablet and she said mail it to this email, and wrote it down, and I showed her if I want to share it, it shows the same page I printed, and she called a guy and he said its fine.
2) Then she just took my keys, that was lying next to my handbag and dissapeared while I was still talking to her.
3) I asked a few questions and she ignored me completely
4) I dont even know if the work was done properly because on my invoice it indicated the wrong tyre I wanted to fix and extra stuff I didnt understand.
Her attitude is so rude and it seems she doesnt want to work there.
I also work in the motor industry and I work in customer care and she was just plain rude.
