Such bad attitude

I went to apply for a contract phone during my lucnh ahour, the lady was from lunch as she walked she sat on the desk and removed me from where i was siting and filling the form, she's very rude and doesnt have any customer services skills, i filled the application, she called me stil in that tone of voice of rudeness, she expected me to have filled the form PERFECTLY as i didnt see i have to initial every page, i told her the phone i wanted, she didnt explain as i kept on asking her but she was rude, kept on talking to other work mates, i really didnt appreciate her service
