I took my car for a service to Speedy Crown Mines. I specifically asked the receptionist if I will be able to dropped off at work, and was told that I will be. They were advertising on Groupon so I bought a voucher. What also seemed odd is that they said that they are offering the service at the same price as the Groupon voucher (trying to cut them out???)
When I got there, they had no drivers, or vehicles so one of the mechanics was asked if he would, using my own car. He initially said yes, he will be 2 minutes. I waited for about 10, and when I asked him what is going on, he said that he is going to the area that I am, so he will drop me off after he is done with whatever he was doing on another vehicle. I told him that I cannot wait any longer as it was during office hours and had to be back at work. He then went to ask the manager something. The manager then stormed to me saying they don't drop off and pick up for people using Groupon vouchers. He then gave me back my voucher (I asked since there was no way I would ever let them have any business) and I left.By FAR the worst service I have ever experienced.
