Yesterday (Sunday) we used the groupon voucher, at Govenders Curry Kitchen.
In the fine print, it says that the voucher is valid from Thursday to Sunday.
However when we got there the manager told us that it is not valid on a Sunday and that we will have to pay an additional cost!
This was outrageous as we had already paid for a voucher.
Furthermore the management was extremely rude and embarrassing. He told us that there were many other people that had the same issue and that they were paying and we should too, and if I wanted a refund I must take it up with Groupon.
It seems to me that the owner wants to make money by luring patrons to his establishment with this voucher and conning them to pay!
I strongly suggest that Groupon does some research on your companies being advertised. I have told many people at work about my experience, and coming from a large corporation allot of my colleagues are disgusted.
STOP ADVERTISING THEM!
