Myself and my fiance each purchased a Net Florist voucher from Groupon recently. Last night (04-05-2013) we realized the voucher expires on the 5th. So we logged on to Netflorist to use our Groupons and the codes just did not work, and we made doubly sure to use the right code and enter it correctly. Naturally after hours neither Netflorist or Groupons helplines were manned (we tried both) so we e-mailed both Groupon and Netflorist re. the problem with the voucher. Neither companies has responded to us which I find quite disheartening. This is not my first problem with Groupon voucher codes not working. At this stage I am not interested in Groupon passing me credit for their voucher not working. I want my money paid back to me as I doubt I will make use of their service again.
