Called BMW on call on the 21/11 at about 12:01 spoke to a call centre agent by the name of Ntswaki, I gave her all the details she required, she later asked for my exact tyre size and I said I dont know the extaxt size what i know is that its an 18 inch size tyre. I then asked her if she doesnt have previous records of the size of the tyre as its not the 1st time I had called regarding a tyre . she then responded with an attitude saying `if I had previous records I wouldn`t be asking you`
Bmw on call needs to get well trained call centre agents, they are extremely rude
