I rented the car with them in January and had a puncture but could not fix the tyre. On returning the car i showed the guy a nail on the tyre and he promised i was gonna get a report and invoice within 2 days but that didn''t happen, i only received an invoice a month later .i spoke with the lady by the name Sanza and she gave me the tel. no for Johan the workshop manager because i wanted to know why they are charging me R850 for a puncture Johan said the report shows the puncture was on the side not underneath so they have to buy a new tyre, i asked them to show me the tyre they said they have throw it way because of safety and they though i took the tyre insurance. Not happy because i saw the nail and i showed the Avis guy on the airport and even on my report to Avis i said its the nail underneath why Avis?
