Lots of problems - brand new Polo Vivo

I bought a brand new Polo Vivo in October 2012 from Volkswagen / Linsay Saker Hyde Park. I was initially very impressed with the service I have received, and had very high hopes that this would be a good experience with the car as well...

Up to now it has just been one problem after the other... Some small and the other big.

At first, the very first day I received the car, when I got home, the aircon button was stuck... First a guy looked at it, and said the vehicle had to be booked in... so I did... have a BRAND NEW car two days and it is already booked in.

After week one, the brakes fail - 'minor fail'
3 weeks later... the brakes fail again - worse than the first time and I went over a stop street
Early January... major fail!!! I had the whole family in the car and thank goodness it was on a quiet road and it was again at a stop street. Again, the car is booked in for TWO WEEKS!!!
Today, the radio is working fine in the morning, I get in the car to go home after work, the speakers only work on one half of the car??? I checked the owner's manual - nothing!

It is just the one problem after the next. So, is it due to manufacturing or prep of vehicle? (Limited space)
