I rented a vehicle from Avis and returned it on 23/09/2013. According to their policy I was supposed to get my petrol refund within 48hrs. I followed-up with them, twice and the last time I did so, Thursday, 3/10/2013 I was told that I am supposed to call my bank and inform them that they should release the funds, my bank in return told me that Avis should instruct my bank to release the funds, this would've been done on Friday 4/10/2013. It is almost another week later and the funds has still not been released in my account. Where do I go now?
