Not giving proper info on problems/nature of sale

On 11 November 2013 I brought 2 vechiles from Mario Car Sales and paid cash for the Nissan 1400 and trade my car plus cash for a VW Polo. Mario gave me discount on cash paid.

I was told that Nissan was in good working order except for ignition. After collecting the 1400 I find that their is no spare wheel, jack and that savetybelt clip is broken and savetybelt can't be used.

On VW Polo wheel aligment and the arial on radio is broken. Mario said aircon is working perfectly and even swithed it on. After 5 days I reliese that aircon on Polo does not work and I had it checked. I was told by Aircon Clinic that aircon compressor needs replacement at the cost of R8500.

After paid for roadworthy test, registration, replacing windscreen on Polo, wheel Aligment, spare tyre and jack I didn't got discount on cash. Mario refuse to fix aircon and said that I bought from scrap corner and no warrenty is given on them.

As I told Mario in my letter, I'm willing to pay for the small thing, its no problem, but the aircon compressor is big and he knew it wasn't working and did not tell me.
