Avis car rental is by far the worst car rental service I've ever used no1 seems to ever know what's what. The last conversation I had with Avis was on Thursday the 21st asking them when I will get back the amount held for the car hired on the 15th to 18th November. Since then I was told that a request was sent through to have the funds released, 30min ago I get an sms from my bank telling me there's R721 deducted and the reference guess who? AVIS of course, why I don't know. Instead of funds coming in, I have funds going out... really avis???
