I hired a car from Avis on 24/12/2013 and paid cash on the internet. When I went to collect a car. I had to pay - R1300 for petrol, R1000 extra for insurance and on return of vehicle on 02/01/2014 I paid -R1300. All these funds were put on reserve by FNB.
Today 09/01/2014 Avis debited my account with R5581 which is the total of the above funds that FNB never released to Avis. My problem is, when I called FNB I am told to fill forms and wait seven days for my money.
My niece needs to go to varsity I need this money as soon as possible. I cant wait seven working days, since I am not in anyway at fault here.
