Bumped my car on the left side, Alexander Forbes my ex-insurance NOW sent me to their accredited panelBeaters Premier Autobody in Booysens. Premier drove my car from 3 quarter full tank to empty and 360 odd kms off the clock resulting in damage to the engine of R92, 600 odd. Premier did not repair my rim the paint job was poor and the paint did not match. I ask the Alexander to request the millage log book but still nothing. I proved my millage and the car was still new. Alexander Forbes did not investigate, Premier refused to answer their phones or respond or show the log book. I went to the ombudsman with all the docs and proof, also had to call and email for updates and responses. Ombudsman did not investigate or request the log boook or actually they did nothing at all saying I did not prove my case. So Premier and Alexander Forbes Insurance gets away with damaging property and not having to own up or pay for their errors and the consumer is actually paying insurane for nothing or at least to lose more than they bargained for. OMBUDSMAN should close as they dont assist at all.
