Kia didnt reset alarms on car after service

I have just about hadd it with the Kia brand.
Buying the car at KIA the Glen was an issue with a terrible aleperson so i decided to try Kia Sandton to do the service!
Needless to say bad service again!
My car was booked in for a service on 04/40/13, 3 days laters my alarm is alerting me to change engine oil.
So i call Kia Sandton and am told not to take to a garage etc but to drive to the dealership so that they can see whats wrong.
As if my day is so empty that i just wait for incidents like this to fill it up! I have a demanding job with meetings throughout the day!
They have given times in which i can take the car in and cant tell me exactly how long it will take to attend to me and I am told this with loads of attitude.
Really, after my car was supposed to be returned with a full service done and resetting of everything done!
Think twice before buying the Kia brand, aftersales service
