Charged for work not done

My car was booked in for grinding brake a few months ago. Mace reported that it required a disk replacement.

The "old" disk was shown to me on completion.

Two days ago, I replaced the tyres on the car, and while it was on the jack I inspected the "new" disk!

1. The "old" disk I was shown was completely different to the disk on the car.
2. The new disk had a score mark that clearly shows that the only work Mace did was to clear debris from the brake pad.
