Saleslady sold a car to person who traded car in. She claimed that all will be done asap eg AA Check, registration, number plates, the cient had to sign all these bad photo copied papers. Money was paid into this account, and the next morning when i phoned this lady to ask how far this registration was, i was told she no longer works for INTEGRA . She about mostly everything, and never processed this deal, This is a problem to get anybody at this garage to assist and sort out this mess. My money was gladley accepted, but no service yet. This is 8 days!! Everybody is busy, as if i am not part of their business.
If this is not sorted by the end of business day i will have to take this matter furthe
