Still Waiting for Service book and lisence disk

I purchase a vehicle from them on the 29 April 2013 and signed the contract and stiplulated that the service book is not available and the jack for the car. They dealership told us they will contact the previous owner for the service book. We are still waiting for the service book. When I had a look at the lisence disk it still displays the old disk of the previous owner and they never attached the new disk to the windscreen.

I will also contact a attorney to resolve the matter for me. It is un-acceptable. Furthermore now it looks like the numberplate was cloned and I am not in possesion of the new lisence disk which is just creatinging further fustration for me. Me feeling is that the numberplate which was cloned is used by someone which is in possession of the lisence disk which we never received from them.
