Bad Service by the Manage

I Filled up my tank on the 28th of September 2013. The Petrol Attendant told me that the transaction was declined, I then showed him from my phone that it went through but he persisted that It didn't. I asked for a senior personnel and he brought his supervisor who told me that my first transaction will be automatically reversed in few hours before the end of the day but I never happened. The following day I called the call center and I was told to wait 72 hours and it will be returned. nothing happened after 72 hours. On the 4th day I went to my bank and requested a bank statement and took it to the garage, The manager told me he was going to work on it and call me the next morning. He never called. I called him a day after that and he requested that I give him 2 minutes he will call back. He never called. After an hour I called him and I was told he was no longer available. Now tell me, What kind of a service delivery is this??? I am very disappointed with TOTAL. POOR SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!!!
