On Sunday the 22/09/2013 @ 18:22, poured petrol of R200.00 at BP garage Soweto Highway, to my surprise when I got to sister house I checked my phone and realised I was billed R1, 152.36 for petrol. I rushed back to the garage when I arrived at 19: 15 the lady who assisted me apologised for the error, but couldn't' reverse the transaction as she don't know how. she called Rendani (Manager) for assistance he couldn't help, eventually managed to do the reversal after she made several calls and promised that money will reflect in my account at midnight. No refund received and today the 25/09/2013 at 9:20 went back to the garage and was assisted by Asaven told her what happened called FNB and they confirmed that the amount is still in their (garage) account, spoke to Rendani (Manager) who showed no interest in assisting me. Told me to wait for 5 minutes for Asaven to call STD Bank for the refund, Asaven called STD Bank and took more than 25 minutes on the phone, she told me money will be reversed in 5 to 7 days. I told her I wait for so long I need cash to pour petrol and pay my debts. All I need from Rendani is to refund me immediately and reimburse me for the up and down to the garage.
