Bad Attitude and Bad Cars

I did my car rental booking via American Express Platinum Card Services. On 1 Oct I arrived at OR Tambo to collect my vehicle. Firstly I was shunted from side of the airport to another for almost a hour. Finally I arrived at the Europcar counter. The staff were so unfriendly, and their attitude was as if they are doing you a favour. When I finally got my car (Chev Aveo) the entire spare wheel was just laying loose in the boot, and the carpet was just laying their. Don't your cars get inspected before renting them out? I couldn't pack my luggage. I contacted my concierge to explain. When I went back to the Office to explain, the look I got was of disgust when I said I'm not accepting that car and want another one. I was then given a replacement car (Nissan Almera). On 3 Oct whilst driving on the freeway with my aunt, for no reason the windscreen just cracked! I didn't drive over anything, nothing hit etc. The windscreen had no chips before or after the incident. This is unacceptable! This is no way for VIP Clients to treated. I will inform Amex Platinum service never to book cars for their VIP clients via Europcar. We are automatically AVIS Presidents Club members.
