On my way to write an exam I had to fill up my car. I and everyone I know uses this petrol station as they are the closest too us. After waiting 20 minutes to finally get service I used my card to pay and their card machine gave a problem and declined my card after the money had already gone off my account. They were unwilling to help resolve the problem even though it came from their side. After telling how this has happened "thousands" of times with other clients, the manager and owner both started blaming me and my account for causing the problem, still demanding that I make another payment.
I thought service station were supposed to offer a service, be friendly and helpful. Clearly not at this one.
