Kulula flights in South Africa offer the 'convenience' of booking a rental car while booking a ticket. They use EuropCar. My advice is do not book with EuropCar. Book separately with a reputable firm such as Avis etc. On a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town I had to wait outside EuropCar's office for an hour, in a queue of around fifty passengers. Finally I was then not given the car I had booked, but another car, which proved unsuitable for my needs, was not in complete good condition, and I needed to make a return trip to the airport to get it changed.
