Engen Petroleum
Damage to clothing

On 2013/9/27 at - 15:40 i was at the Engen garage, Thahero service station, 628 Corlett drive, Witpoortjie. As i walked through the aisles, a doritos display with a sharp metal object that was standing out and caught onto my springbok rugby shirt and tore it, also scratching me in the process. I took photos of the scratch and tear. I reported it to the cashier and asked for the manager, then spoke to man that was introduced as "Daniel". He looked very confused at my request, and after a few minutes of looking where to move the display, he then eventually said he will call someone else. Another guy came, i explained the situation, he said that he will forward it to their insurance company, but also didn't look too interested to help. I wrote down my particulars and gave it to them. On 2013/10/03 i returned to the garage to enquire, spoke to Queenie, she was not sure what was going on, i then asked to speak to Daniel, she said there was no Daniel working there. She said it must either be Rob or Kurren? Not really interested to help either and started looking around confusingly. There was no one there to assist, i have not received any calls and looks like no one is gonna help me.
