This morning I was at Engen petrol station (Engen Basson's in Witpoortjie) and I jad to wait 5minutes for someone to help me. When some one helped me eventuallt I asked him nicely please make it snappy I need to get to work, so pleas fill up my car, so he was so spitefull and took his time. So when it got to the payment he told me the card machines are not working so I aked him how am I suppose to pay, and he tells meja go inside and pay there via card, but he just told me the machines are not working. So when I got inside eventually everyone just stood and look at me and did not even ask how can we help. I needed to ask if some one is gonna help me. So when I asked for the manager there and explained to her how awefull their service are and how her guys have treated me she started screaming at me saying that the machines outside is only for us as clients comfort nothing els, and she has ploblems with it (so DUH fix it) and I told he I understand but it doesn't mean they need to give such bad service, and she said well I don't have time for this. So I told her then this place won't see me again OR any other Engen petrol station, she replied ok stay away then. SERIOUSLY???
