I stopped at the Engen garage to use the bathroom and get something to drink. The toilets are locked and nobody knows where the key is. I asked to speak to the manager and some lady claiming to be the "Manager" with her bad attitude tells me that customers aren't allowed to use the toilet due to the strike. That shouldn't be my problem. I then ask to use the toilets that the staff use and I'm told I'm not allowed to. I am a loyal customer to Engen as I don't put petrol anywhere else. As from today I will never support an Engen garage ever again. Other service stations have never denied me from using their toilets. It's an important factor in running a service station that there are toilets for customers to use and freshen up. I advise that you rather use any other garage but stay way from Engen!!!
