Generally unacceptable service. No care for long term Clients. Shame.
Sometimes Cars come with filthy grease marks on the interior roof or you are given a Car with one light not working, heater not working and yet these Cars were "inspected" by their mechanics?
You are still charged the same.
Overdue charges get billed even though you are extending your rental that same day for another month. Fuel "top ups' happen each time a Car is returned full from a Petrol Station only about 300 meters away :-(
