After receiving an e-mail from Craig from Europcar I sat an thought his story through, that maybe the porter that was not employed by them and who took our luggage up to check-in point at Kulula, could have the cellphone but how would that have been possible? The cellphone was left behind in the car and he had no access to the vehicle? I don't buy that. It could easily have been one the people Europcar employs to wash and clean the vehicle that pocketed my granddaughter's phone. Were they ever questioned and how trustworthy are they? I know for a fact that the phone was in the car. I must say other than that I was impressed to see that our deposit was returned so promptly especially after reading all the complaints from customers on this website. If we could only get the phone back and make a little girl's heart happy again, how wonderful would that not be?
