My granddaughter forgot her Samsung Galaxy in one of the cars we hired from Europcar, Cape Town branch. She forgot it in the back pocket of the passenger seat. We went to check in at Kulula, were early and were helped quick. My granddaughter realised there and then her phone was still in the car and her and my hubby rushed back to Europcar (to where they parked the car) but when they realised it was not there anymore went to their offices. A guy there said if it was in the car we would get it back, that the person who checks the cars is honest. He promised to phone and let us know. We phoned him when we arrived back in Johannesburg but he informed us nothing was found. My granddaughter got the phone for her birthday from her grandfather and she is very upset. Please is there no other way one can check? Surely the person on duty should know. The phone was definitely in the car.
