Proline defines bad workmanship

My insurance Virgin Money advised me to take my car to Pro-line Panel-beaters on the 18th of June (the day of the accident) the car has been with them since June till now in September, i was meant to get my car two weeks ago but there were bumps on the car that were not meant to be there, then i left it. went back after a week to fetch it only to find that the back bumper had gaps that were not there before i had to show them pictures of the car on the day of the accident for them to believe me and sort it out, after i had left i realised that my alarm sensor was removed from the car and they arranged for me to bring the car in so they resolve that but now there's another gap under the steering wheel which they are refusing to fix! I am sick of dealing with these people they are failing to deliver. I was told by one of the staff members that people bad mouth Panel-beaters, NOW I KNOW WHY!!! i've been there too many times and still no joy! they are apparently approved by Toyota but they cannot fix Toyota cars properly! What the!!! My car is still new (i bought it brand new because i don't want car issues), all i want is for them to just fix my car! that's all
