I bought a car at Velocity Cars in Century City, Cpt branch from a salesman called Raza. As a salesman he helped me to get the vehicle which I had 1 or 2 complaints about. But my main issue here now is that the car is a write-off and I need my vehicle registration paper which I was not given on the day, I was only given a tax invoice sheet. 1 of the salesman told me yesterday that they don't keep those papers, its the financing organization which does and in this incident Nedbank will be the org. I was told I only get those registration papers etc once I've paid my car in full which I have but did not receive anything. Nedbank says they don't have those, the dealer should have and the guy Raza refuses to ackwoledge that he has lost them. Now I need to. Spend my money to get duplicates etc which I refuse. They need to get me my vehicle registration papers immediately as I need to use them. Please help me.
